Refunds and Returns Policy

Returns

  • All sales are final for jewelry and artwork. This is due to the delicate nature of these items and the difficulty in verifying their authenticity once they have left our possession.

  • Clothing may be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

  • To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact our customer service team at the contact page to request a return authorization (RA) number.

    2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, or similar packaging that protects the item from damage.

    3. Affix the RA number to the outside of the package.

    4. Ship the package back to us at the following address:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method so that you can track the status of your return.

  • We will process your return or exchange within 7 business days of receiving your package. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

  • If you are returning an item for a refund, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

  • Clothing may be exchanged for a different size or color within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
  • To exchange an item, please follow the same steps as for returning an item. In the “Reason for Return” field on the RA form, please select “Exchange” and specify the size or color you would like to exchange for.
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you as soon as possible. You will not be charged for shipping the replacement item.

Damages

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will be happy to send you a replacement item or issue a refund.
  • Please save all packing materials and shipping labels. We may require them to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

International Orders

  • International orders are subject to the same return and exchange policies as domestic orders. However, please note that international shipping costs may be higher.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method for international returns. This will help you track the status of your return and ensure that it arrives at our warehouse safely.
